1.3 Final Payment

The remaining balance is typically due upon arrival in Nepal, unless stated otherwise.

  • Unforeseen circumstances
We make every effort to maintain quoted prices.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

2.1 Client Cancellation

If you cancel your trip:
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Refunds for the remaining amount depend on supplier policies
  • No refunds for late cancellations, no-shows, or early return from a trek

2.2 Company Cancellation

If we must cancel a trip due to safety issues, weather, political disturbances, or other circumstances beyond our control, you may:
  • Reschedule to a later date, or
  • Receive an appropriate refund for the unused portion
We are not liable for incidental costs such as flights, insurance, or visa fees.

3. Health, Safety & Travel Expectations

3.1 Physical Fitness

Many treks involve high altitude and strenuous walking.
You are responsible for ensuring you are medically and physically fit for the trek you select.

3.2 Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel and medical insurance (including rescue evacuation) is strongly recommended. We are not responsible for any medical or rescue costs.

3.3 Risk Acknowledgment

Trekking in Nepal involves inherent risks:
  • Weather changes
  • Altitude sickness
  • Trail conditions
  • Natural events
By booking, you accept these risks.

4. Use of Our Website
